From steel construction to painting, all trailers are 100% “made in Germany”. Our comprehensive product range also includes the steel construction for the specially fabricated front-end loader superstructures for waste disposal vehicles, hook equipment and skiploader assemblies, as well as the mounting of various cranes.And Hüffermann is optimally equipped for future production expansion at any time. .

When selecting components, we insist on using manufacturers that share the same quality demands that we have. All steel construction components are produced to the highest technical standards - with the highest precision. Hüffermann transport systems offers industrial production with the fl exibility of a medium-sized company, and with the capability to undertake individual manufacture.

Quality is what drives us

A motivated team is the best prerequisite for assembling Hüffermann trailers - in new, well-lit factories, up to ten units simultaneously. The fabrication from steel construction to TÜV-acceptance takes one week. In this respect, our restructuring to the “just-in-time” production system has paid dividends. The steel construction assemblies are manufactured in advance and assigned to the customer’s order shortly before assembly commences. The manufacturing and assembly materials are stored intermediately near the workstations, in order to avoid time-consuming material transportation. All steel construction elements are blast-cleaned directly after welding, and are then primed and electro statically-spray-painted. On request they are also available in a hot-dipped galvanized version. All chassis are also preserved by means of a special wax, in order to ensure maximum corrosion protection. The components are supplied exclusively by brand-name manufacturers with rapid replacement parts service departments.
